Responsibilities

• Create lesson plans and activities using Creative Curriculum to support child development.
• Ensure safety and maintain a clean, secure environment during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Make curriculum engaging and align with our educational philosophy.
• Build strong connections with parents/guardians and share progress via the Engagement App.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a warm, caring classroom atmosphere.
