Requirements

• Minimum one-year experience in early childhood education (preferred)
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
• Completion of 45 hours ELC minimum requirements or in process
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Education (preferred)
• Early Childhood Education Degree (a plus)
• CDA or Staff Credential from Florida Department of Education (preferred)

Responsibilities

The Lead Teacher will:

• Implement curriculum and developmental activities suitable for children aged 0-5
• Document children's progress and communicate with parents
• Manage classroom behavior and hygiene
• Collaborate with a team of educators and follow the VESS methodology
