Job summary

Orlando Torah Academy seeks a nurturing lead teacher for our 18 month to 2 years old class for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, on-site role is available immediately.

The ideal candidate brings a calm demeanor and engaging energy, with experience with young children or a CDA certification, and a collaborative spirit with our Early Childhood Director. Responsibilities include language and motor development, daily engaging activities, and participation in conferences and events.

Qualifications

• Experience with young children and helping them develop language and motor skills.
• CDA certification or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Work with young children to develop language, fine and gross motor skills, and social-emotional development.
• Create engaging and fun daily activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, assistants, and the Early Childhood Director.
• Attend Parent-Teacher Conferences and school events.

Orlando Torah Academy is looking for a nurturing and caring lead teacher for our 18 month to 2 yrs old class for the 2026-2027 school year. This job is available immediately.

A strong candidate has a calming attitude and engaging energy that they bring to their classroom. They will have experience working with early childhood students and/or have CDA certification.

This position entails:

• working with young children and helping them develop language, fine and gross motor skills, and social-emotional development.
  

• creating engaging and fun daily activities
  

• working as a team with other teachers and assistant teachers, and collaborating with our Early Childhood Director
  

• participating in Parent-Teacher Conferences and school events
