Job summary

The Learning Experience Meridian is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher to guide a classroom of 3- to 4-year-olds. You will implement the LEAP Curriculum, lead daily routines, and foster literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development.

This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth. Idaho licensing requirements must be met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous preschool or early childhood experience preferred.
• Experience with ages 3-4 preferred.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• CDA or ECED coursework or related credentials a plus.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements.

• Follow Idaho childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.

Preschool Lead Teacher - Early Childhood Education

Location: The Learning Experience - Meridian, ID

Pay: $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and credentials

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

The Learning Experience - Meridian is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Preschool Lead Teacher to lead a classroom of children ages 3-4.

We're looking for an educator who can create an engaging classroom where children build confidence, independence, friendships, and important early academic skills through purposeful play and hands‑on learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences in a Preschool classroom
