Job summary

The Learning Experience in Philadelphia is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team as Lead Preschool Teacher. You will create a welcoming classroom, guide children through the LEAP Curriculum, and partner with families to track progress and celebrate growth.

You will communicate with parents via mobile apps and in person, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a positive learning culture with supportive leadership and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will:
