Saint Andrew United Methodist Day School is currently accepting applications for preschool teachers.

Located just outside Annapolis, Maryland, Saint Andrew's enrolls students in preschool through eighth grade. Founded in the Methodist tradition and affiliated with Saint Andrew’s United Methodist Church, we are a welcoming community that invites families of all religious traditions to join us in the important work of helping young people grow into responsible, caring young adults.

Candidates must meet the hiring requirements for the position required by the Maryland Department of Education Office of Childcare. Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education or a minimum of two years experience working with young children. Experience with Responsive Classroom, Handwriting Without Tears, and Orton-Gillingham preferred, but not required.

Salary range for this full-time position is $38,000-65,000, commensurate with experience and education. Benefits include health insurance (including medical, dental, and vision), 80 hours of paid time off, paid holidays during the school year, professional development opportunities, and tuition remission for staff children enrolled in Saint Andrew's.
