Job summary

Learning Grove is seeking a Lead Teacher to deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based curricula for children from 6 weeks to 6 years. You will work in person at our Kentucky sites, partnering with families and a dedicated team to tailor learning experiences to each child’s unique needs.

The ideal candidate holds a CDA with an associate degree in early childhood education, and demonstrates strong communication and classroom management, with a passion for equity and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• CDA required; Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• State-approved childcare orientation completed.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and building strong family partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based curricula for ages 6 weeks to 6 years.
