Job summary

Learning Grove seeks a Lead Teacher at William Mallory Center in Cincinnati to deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based curricula for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

You will partner with families, apply Constructivist Theory, and collaborate with a passionate team to tailor learning experiences to each child’s needs, supporting growth across intellectual, social-emotional, physical, and language development.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education; Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for equity, inclusion, and building strong family partnerships

Responsibilities

Our high-quality, home-like classrooms nurture children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. As a Lead Teacher, you will create and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based curricula that support children’s growth across all domains—intellectual, social-emotional, physical, and language. Guided by Constructivist Theory and child-led play, you'll work collaboratively with families and a passionate team to co-create meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs.
