Job summary

Learning Grove is seeking a Lead Teacher in Cincinnati, OH to develop and deliver play-based curricula for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. You will work closely with families and a committed team to tailor activities to each child’s needs, guided by child-led play and developmentally appropriate practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration, equity, and ongoing professional growth in a nonprofit educational setting with strong community impact.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education; Bachelor Degree preferred.

Our high-quality, home-like classrooms nurture children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. As a Lead Teacher, you will create and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based curricula that support children’s growth across all domains—intellectual, social-emotional, physical, and language. Guided by Constructivist Theory and child-led play, you’ll work collaboratively with families and a passionate team to co-create meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs.
