Job summary

Learning Grove in Covington, KY is seeking a Lead Teacher to deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based curricula for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. You will create engaging lesson plans, assess growth, and partner with families to tailor experiences to each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• CDA is required to qualify.

As a Lead Teacher, you will create and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based curricula that support children’s growth across all domains: intellectual, social-emotional, physical, and language.

Guided by Constructivist Theory and child-led play, you’ll work collaboratively with families and a passionate team to co-create meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• CDA required; Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• State-approved childcare orientation completed
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
