• Create home-style, nutritious meal plans within menu and budget; prepare meals and distribute to classrooms.
• Follow daily menu including USDA/licensing/health department regulations.
• Maintain inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
• Assist in classrooms as needed as an Assistant Teacher/Floater.
