Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks an itinerant special education teacher to provide direct services to preschool students across multiple community locations. You will develop IEPs tailored to each child and collaborate with families and staff to optimize learning outcomes.

The role offers a structured 35-hour work week, Monday–Friday, with onboarding, guidance, and ongoing training to support your professional growth in early intervention.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania certification in PK-4 and/or Special Education.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children with special education needs.
• Ability to manage a caseload of around 30 students across multiple community preschool settings.
• Commitment to delivering individualized, high-quality educational support.

Responsibilities

• Provide itinerant special education services to preschool students within various community preschool locations.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with preschool staff, families, and support professionals to optimize learning outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation and regular communication about student progress.
