Qualifications

• 60 hours of college credit or an Associate's Degree required.
• Passing score on the Kentucky Paraprofessional Test acceptable.
• Reports to Preschool Teacher and building leadership.

Responsibilities

• Tutor individuals or small groups.
• Reinforces and implements instruction as directed by the teacher.
• Maintains progress records for students.
• Assists with lesson planning and material prep.
• Operates classroom materials and attendance records.
• Assists students with daily activities and transitions.
• Provides emotional support and positive guidance to students.
