Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing behavior and procedures conducive for learning.
• Assist in planning and directing learning activities.
• Work with small groups to meet educational needs of students.
• Help meet physical needs of students (feeding, toileting, personal care).
• Support in managing and organizing instructional materials and setup.
• Participate in in-service training to upgrade knowledge and skills.
• Have content skills to assist in meeting academic needs.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and students.
• Ensure children are adequately supervised and proper ratios maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
