Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA Credential or higher Registry Step 7 or above required.
• Criminal history clearance required.
• May be required to obtain an Oregon Type 10 Passenger Driver Certification, which requires a valid driver's license.
• Possession of a valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assists designated teacher(s) with individual and group supervision and behavior management of students.
• Assists in developing and carrying out individual programs of instruction and support for designated students.
• Observes, collects data, and records student progress.
• Assists with individual student testing.
• Prepares and organizes instructional materials as directed, including bulletin boards.
• Prepares and operates audio-visual equipment as needed.
• Transports students in district vehicles for class-related activities.
