Job summary

You will help supervise children, maintain a safe and nurturing classroom, and communicate with families about daily activities and child progress. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and age groups.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Must meet state licensing requirements, including background check clearance.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player with a positive attitude.
