Job summary

The Y in La Crosse, WI is seeking leaders to guide preschool programming, including classes like Messy Bee crafts, Tiny Chefs, and Music for Minis, with hours M-F mornings and afternoons; weekend opportunities may be available.

You will build relationships with families and staff, provide early language and motor skills activities, and create fun group activities. This role offers flexibility and a chance to impact children's learning in the community.

Qualifications

• Passionate about working with kids and families.
• Ability to organize and lead fun and engaging activities.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate preschool activities.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children infant to age 8.

Responsibilities

• Provide children with opportunities to develop early language and motor skills.
• Build relationships with families, children, and the staff team.
• Engage families by facilitating fun and engaging group activities such as games, sports, arts and crafts, music, and cooking activities.
