Job summary

Cadence Education in Loganville, GA is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, helping create a safe, nurturing learning environment.

You will implement Cadence Education programs, foster positive relationships with children and families, and ensure safety and licensing compliance while supporting curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.
• Experience in an early childhood or group care setting preferred.
• Ability to obtain background clearances and health screenings.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment for children.
• Greet children and families daily and establish professional relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence tools.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision policies and report incidents as needed.
• Assist in managing and documenting child behaviors per policies.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required.
