Cadence Education in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations under the supervision of the School Director and Lead Teacher. The role emphasizes creating a safe, nurturing environment and delivering Cadence curriculums.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed child care center.
• Experience in early childhood or group care setting preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in addressing individual developmental, behavioral, and learning needs, including IEPs.
• Support Lead Teacher in planning and implementing curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents.
• Assist in managing and escalating child behaviors per policies.
• Adhere to all Cadence Education policies and procedures.
• Participate in required meetings and professional development.
