Cadence Education seeks a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will support daily classroom operations, help deliver Cadence Signature Programs, and foster a safe, engaging environment for children including those with IEPs.

You will greet families, collaborate with staff, and ensure licensing compliance. Ideal candidates hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and demonstrate strong English communication, teamwork, and safety

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe classroom.
• Collaborate effectively with classroom team.
• Strong reading, writing, and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom operations and implement Cadence Education programs.
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing environment and support children’s development.
• Build positive relationships with children and families while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.
• Assist in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence-approved tools.
• Adhere to Cadence Education policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings.
