Job summary

Cadence Education in Conshohocken, PA seeks a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations and Cadence programs under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher.

You will help create a safe, nurturing environment, address diverse developmental needs, and assist in implementing curriculum while maintaining licensing compliance. This role offers full-time hours and opportunities for growth within Cadence’s network.

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently follow safety procedures and policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence tools.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents.
