Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our Middletown, DE location. Under supervision, you will support daily classroom operations, implement Cadence programs, and foster a safe, nurturing environment that meets children’s developmental and behavioral needs, including those with IEPs.

You will build positive relationships with children and families, maintain routines, and comply with licensing requirements while collaborating with a lead teacher and school director.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience collaborating in a classroom team.
• Committed to following safety and licensing policies.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families and establish welcoming relationships.
• Support developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as directed.
• Maintain safety and supervision per Cadence policies and procedures.
