Life Time Inc. is seeking a Preschool Teacher to provide best-in-class, educational and fitness-minded instruction for children aged 3 to 5 years. The role creates a fun, safe environment for participants in preschool camps and youth programming.

Qualifications

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or related discipline.
• At least one year of prior childcare/school setting teaching children ages 3 to 5.
• First Aid certification, Adult, Infant & Child CPR required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Life Time Summer Camp Counselor Certification prior to camp season.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand required learnings prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Constructs and implements weekly/monthly educational/fitness lesson plans.
• Prepares and sets up for classes and camps.
• Engages preschool age children in educational/fitness activities.
• Communicates needed information with parents on child’s progress and development.
• Cleans and maintains a safe space for all participants.
• Adapts teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of a wide variety of children.
