CDS Preschools is seeking Educational Technicians to support children ages 3-5 with disabilities. Positions are full-time at the Gray, Maine Circle of Learning preschool, with competitive pay across Ed Tech levels and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include supervising groups, delivering planned activities, and collaborating with teachers and case managers to support successful inclusion and progress. A current Ed Tech certification and background check are required.

Qualifikationen

• Current Ed Tech certification preferred or required by Maine standards.
• Ability to work with children with developmental disabilities in a preschool setting.

Aufgaben

• Supervise small groups in center-based programs.
• Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions under supervision.
• Introduce and reinforce learning in collaboration with the Preschool Teacher of Children with Disabilities/Case Manager.
• Assist in preparing classroom materials and managing class activities.
• Model positive language and behavior for children and families.
• Contribute to observation and documentation of child progress.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information.
