Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking two compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to support an Early Intervention program in the Reading, PA area during the 2026–2027 school year. You will deliver high-quality therapy to preschoolers in daycares and preschools, collaborating with staff and families across multiple community sites.

The role requires a Master’s degree in SLP or Communication Disorders, PA licensure with DOE certification, and bonus if you hold the ASHA CCC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• PA SLP License and DOE Certification are required.
• ASHA CCC credential is preferred; Clinical Fellow Year candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children in community settings like daycares and preschools.
• Provide services across designated community sites while building strong partnerships with daycare staff and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress to support compliance with educational plans and IEP goals.
