Children of America is seeking an experienced School Director (Early Childhood) to lead a preschool campus, oversee operations, and develop educators. This role focuses on building strong relationships with families and the community while driving educational quality.

You will lead a talented team, ensure licensing compliance, manage daily routines, and partner with senior leadership. The position offers a competitive base salary of 70,000–80,000 USD plus incentives and relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA per state requirements.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience in childcare.
• Experience in licensed childcare facility and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a talented team of educators and support staff.
• Manage the daily operations of the school ensuring compliance with state licensing.
• Implement COA policies and monitor staffing, scheduling, and safety.
