Responsibilities include staff hiring, parent communication, and maintaining licensing standards. Qualifications

• CDA, Associate’s Degree or higher is required.
• Must have Minnesota director qualifications.
• CPR/First Aid certification is necessary.
• Experience working with children aged 0–13 years is required.
• Previous management experience is mandatory.
