Job summary

Bay Park Early Learning Center is seeking a full-time Preschool Director to lead our well-established neighborhood preschool serving children 6 months to 5 years in the Clairemont/Pacific Beach area. The ideal candidate will inspire growth, manage operations, and uphold our commitment to high-quality early childhood education.

You will direct curriculum, staff development, family engagement, budgeting, and licensing compliance, while fostering a safe, nurturing environment that supports each

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and operational systems, preferably in an educational setting.
• Passion for educating young children and commitment to fostering their growth and development.
