Job summary

Guidepost Montessori in Katy is seeking a bold, driven Head of School to set the tone, pace, and standards for the campus and lead a vibrant Montessori program.

You will recruit and support a teaching staff, grow enrollment, manage budgets, collaborate with the Head of School team, and build a strong parent community to deliver exceptional experiences for children ages 3 months through 6 years.

Guidepost Montessori is looking for a bold, driven leader to become our next Head of School in the Katy area — and help build something extraordinary along the way.
