Job summary

Guidepost Montessori is seeking a dynamic Head of School for our Katy campus to lead the Montessori program and campus operations. This role drives enrollment growth, builds a collaborative staff culture, and ensures exceptional learning experiences for every child.

You will supervise budgeting, staff hiring, development, and day-to-day campus leadership, partnering with the Assistant Head of School to reach ambitious goals.

• Director-qualified credentials required for leadership of a Montessori campus.
• Strong track record in early childhood education leadership and operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with staff and families.
• Ability to build a warm, high-performing teaching team and culture.
