• Ensure all food is prepared and served on time
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages to the kitchen manager
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
