Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Prekindergarten teaching license preferred.
• Synodical college preparation or colloquy candidacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the preschool program.
• Prepare and communicate classroom plans with substitutes.
• Plan and implement curriculum along with team teacher.
• Maintain daily attendance records.
• Meet with Co-Teacher to discuss classroom management on a weekly basis.
• Work with consultants for the development or improvement of the center.
• Inform parents informally through verbal communication, telephone, email, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom and shared spaces and work cooperatively with other staff.
