Child-Parent Centers, Inc. seeks a Co-Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in delivering high-quality early education to 17-20 preschoolers in a full-time, in-person role.

Daily routines promote cognitive, social, health, and emotional growth, with ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities. A CDA credential or higher education is encouraged, with benefits including extensive paid and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Possess a valid Arizona driver's license and excellent driving record.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Submit AZ DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card before start date.
• Able to pass company-paid physical exam before starting.
• Able to pass DES Centralized Background Check before starting.
• Right to work in the USA (I-9 documents).
• CPR/First Aid certification required within two years of hire.
• State of Arizona Food Safety Manager Certification and Food Handlers Class within one month.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher in delivering Languages of Learning curriculum.
• Plan lessons and document children's work and outcomes.
• Enter and analyze child and family data.
• Set goals and participate in professional development.
• Support families as partners in children's development.
