Job summary

Learning Brooke Early Childhood Education Center in Cranston, RI, seeks a Preschool Co-Teacher to join a collaborative teaching team and nurture a joyful, inquiry-rich classroom that aligns with RI licensing requirements.

You will observe children, document learning, and inform curriculum while supporting long-term investigations rooted in student interests and questions. Strong communication with families and colleagues is essential.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia Approach, project-based learning, constructivist education, or inquiry-based curriculum is preferred.
• Rhode Island Early Childhood certification or the ability to meet state licensing requirements.
