Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher with daily lesson plans and activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Supervise children during activities, meals, and outdoor play to ensure safety.
• Support behavior management and guide social-emotional development.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials, resources, and displays.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and sanitize toys and surfaces.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.
• Observe children’s development and communicate concerns to the lead teacher.
• Assist with daily routines and transitions to promote independence.
• Model respectful, inclusive behavior and collaborate with staff.
