Job summary

Silverlake "The Family Place" seeks a Preschool Teacher Aide to assist the lead teacher in delivering quality early childhood instruction. You will support classroom activities, supervise children, and help maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment.

The ideal candidate is motivated, communicates well with children and parents, and is committed to following preschool policies. Previous preschool experience and CPR/First Aid/AED certification are preferred, with background checks completed

• An understanding of preschool curriculum and childhood development.
• Must have a strong desire to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Works with the teacher and children to provide excellence in service, instruction and communication.
• Adheres to preschool policies and procedures.
• Attends all training, staff meetings and other Preschool functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
