Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Classroom Lead Teacher to manage a classroom of developmentally at-risk children. You will be responsible for assessing children, implementing treatment plans, and leading Classroom Teaching Assistants in a supportive, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work with developmentally at-risk children (birth to age 7).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Prefer at least one year of successful experience with developmentally at-risk children.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the classroom.
• Assist in developing Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP).
• Ensure the implementation of the ITP for effective treatment.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary learning environment.
