Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Classroom Lead Teacher who will manage and assess classroom activities for developmentally at-risk children. The ideal candidate will promote a positive emotional climate and collaborate with a dedicated team.

The role includes developing Individualized Treatment Plans, ensuring safety, and maintaining an engaging classroom environment. A commitment to child-centered education and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work with developmentally at-risk children (birth to age 7).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely.
• Prefer at least one year of experience in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the classroom.
• Assess each EIDT child using proper assessment tools.
• Assist in developing each child’s Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Ensure the ITP is implemented effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe learning environment.
