Job summary

The Children\'s Learning Center in Madras, OR seeks a Preschool Center Aid (Ages 3-5) to assist the designated teacher in delivering developmentally appropriate activities and support Head Start families.

Responsibilities include supporting lesson plans, maintaining a safe, clean classroom, documenting observations, and promoting parent involvement. Must have high school education and be eligible for background checks; prior Head Start experience preferred and bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Background check per Child Care Licensing requirements.
• Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher in establishing weekly lesson plans and educational activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean classroom and assist with hygiene and cleaning duties.
• Observe and record behaviors, report findings to the teacher, and support documentation.
