The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, with at least 2 years of Center Director experience, and a commitment to state licensing and program excellence. This role focuses on educational leadership, staff development, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
• Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing improvement plans.
• Assist with implementation of curriculum, coaching, communicating and interpreting standards with teachers.
• Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring licensing standards are met.
• Provide an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents.
• Recruit, select and retain quality staff and help achieve profitability for the company.
