Job summary

The Learning Experience in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a passionate, responsible Part-Time Bus Driver to join our team and ensure the safe transportation of school-age children between local schools and our center.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM, about 22.5 hours per week, with additional opportunities during our summer camp program. A strong driving record and a commitment to child safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin Class C driver's license.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• At least one year of bus driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance preferred.
• Experience working with school-age children (ages 5–14) preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in challenging situations.
