The Learning Experience #445 is seeking a passionate and responsible Bus Driver to safely transport children between local schools and our center. The role is part-time with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM, roughly 22.5 hours weekly, including potential summer camp shifts.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a Wisconsin Class C license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check. Join a positive team focused on children's safety and development.

Position Details

• Position: Part-Time Bus Driver
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Hours: Approximately 22.5 hours per week
• Responsibilities: Pick up and transport school-age children from multiple local schools to our center for after-school care.

We also offer additional driving opportunities during our summer camp program.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin Class C driver's license.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• At least one year of bus driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance preferred.
• Experience working with school-age children (ages 5-14) preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in challenging situations.
