Job summary

The Kidz Club in Louisville, KY is seeking a caring Bus Driver to transport kids safely to and from our center, delivering a reliable, friendly presence on every trip.

Use smartphones and apps to manage routes, record trips, and complete straightforward reports. You'll perform simple safety checks and assist children boarding/exiting with care, in a full-time role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• A love of driving and a calm, patient nature.
• Confidence using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems as part of your daily work.
• The physical ability to safely assist children with boarding, exiting, and other mobility needs when required.
• Must be 21 or older.
• A commitment to safety, reliability, and providing excellent care for every child.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport our kids to and from our center along pre-planned routes.
• Keep passengers comfortable, secure, and happy on every trip.
• Assist children on and off the bus, providing physical support where needed for children of all ages and sizes.
• Perform simple daily vehicle safety checks.
