Candidates need a relevant degree in ECE or approved alternate pathways; state licensing familiarity and CPR/First Aid are a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PERA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in ECE or related field or approved alternate pathway per Colorado rules.
• Familiarity with Colorado State Licensing/Health Department Rules for Preschool.
• CPR/First Aid certification or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for varied learning styles.
• Strong communication with students, staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher in a classroom of 3- to 5-year-olds.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and health regulations.
• Sanitize surfaces and participate in health/safety routines.
• Participate in clubs, community service or character programs.
