The Learning Experience Highlands Ranch is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher in Highlands Ranch, CO. Join a supportive team that creates a safe, nurturing environment and implements our proprietary curriculum to help children grow across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

You will mentor assistants, maintain licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families while contributing to a positive, engaging learning community.

Qualifications

• Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications.
• Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool.
• Passion for early childhood education.
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable, dependable, and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with young children throughout the day.
