The Learning Experience in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our growing team.

As a Lead Teacher, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom, implement our curriculum with creativity, and support families through ongoing communication. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a positive, collaborative environment.

• Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications
• Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with young children throughout the day
