Qualifications

• Experience coaching or teaching preschool-aged children.
• Strong communication and ability to engage young learners.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; Live Scan background check required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate athletic activities for preschool children.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Assess and track individual progress in physical skills and confidence.
• Engage with parents to provide periodic updates on child development.
• Maintain a safe, organized play area for all activities.
• Collaborate with other coaches to enhance program offerings and events.
• Promote physical fitness and healthy habits among preschoolers.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve coaching techniques.
