Ideal candidates have experience with preschoolers, strong communication, and a passion for early childhood development. Flexible hours and a development-focused team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-aged children in coaching or educational settings.
• Strong communication skills with young learners.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Vaccinations up to date.
• Live Scan background check required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate athletic activities for preschool children.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports teamwork.
• Assess and track progress in physical skills and confidence.
• Engage with parents with periodic updates on development.
• Maintain a safe, organized play area for all activities.
• Collaborate with other coaches to enhance program offerings.
