Flowers Early Learning in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking Preschool Associate Teachers to support lead teachers in classrooms for children ages 3-5. Responsibilities include instruction assistance, classroom management, and implementing curriculum in a developmentally appropriate manner.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, and a CDA or higher credential pursued within two years. Eligible educators will receive competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum – High school diploma or equivalent with one year of relevant experience.
• Must complete age-appropriate Child Development Associate credential, child development apprenticeship or associate’s degree in early childhood education within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers with instruction and classroom management.
• Support cleaning, food preparation and implementation of curriculum.
• Conduct on-going assessments and observations of preschool-age children.
