Future Pathways Academy is seeking a caring Teacher's Aide to support daily classroom operations for children ages 3–5. You will assist with activities, supervision, and routines under the Preschool Teacher’s guidance, helping create a nurturing learning environment.

The ideal candidate shows patience, reliability, and a passion for early childhood education, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical stamina for active classroom involvement is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Passion for early childhood education and a desire to support young children's growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a classroom team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and participate in classroom activities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preschool Teacher with engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Support small group and individual activities, encouraging independence.
• Maintain active supervision during all activities and transitions.
• Foster warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with families and collaborate with staff.
